Figure 1: Microscopic examination: Ascitic fluid- cytology and cell block Cytology preparation are found to be cellular withcohesive clusters of mesothelial cells and few clusters of atypicalcells in papillary fragments. Individual cells show high N: C ratio,hyperchromatic nuclei, occasional prominent nucleoli and scantcytopasm. Background is hemorrhagic. Cytological features are highly suspicious of Adenocarcinoma
